Stanford Hall, Loughborough

Planning approval for a mixed use scheme to return the Stanford Hall Estate into residential use as lead consultant for Whytehot. The scheme included returning the grade II listed house into a dwelling, restoring and extending the grade II* listed 400 seat theatre and creating a 120 apartment retirement village and care facility within the scheduled parkland setting of the estate.
